What if I have more than 15 books?
The package includes up to 15 books in your catalogue. If you have more, just let us know when you book in — we can discuss a small additional fee for each extra title. We want your full catalogue represented properly.
Do I need a MailerLite account already?
No — we'll walk you through creating a free MailerLite account as part of the onboarding process. MailerLite has a generous free tier that will cover most authors for a long time, and we'll set everything up within it.
How long does the build take?
Most builds are completed and ready for your review within 10–14 business days of receiving your onboarding form and content. Turnaround depends on how quickly you send us your book covers, bio, and other materials.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress, which is designed to be managed by non-technical people. We'll give you a walkthrough at handover so you're confident adding blog posts, updating book info, and making basic changes yourself.
What happens after the site is built — do I need ongoing support?
